It will address Germany’s Fachkräftemangel by bringing together employers, overseas talent, recruiters and training institutes through a transparent, AI-driven process. We focus on finding, recruiting and training talent - with integration supported by our partner heyExpat.de
We begin by focusing on India, where a strong pool of skilled talent and a mature ecosystem of training and recruitment partners make ethical migration scalable and impactful.
